Someone (Surfsup?) was asking what my headlights looked like and how I got around the "dead center" spot problem. The low-beam dosn't have a complete cover-over like the 2001 Lightning lights do, so I don't have that dark spot in the center on the HID spot. The top light is the low-beam the lower one is the highbeam. The bottom pic is the SAE/DOT numbers, so they're legal. :) Here's my lights (real Xenon HID low-beams, blue-krypton high-beams):

The back tires are just about half life now, they do pretty good considering they have basically no sidewall.

Thanks Daniel for posting the pics, man your lights look awesome. How much did you get the headlights for? I called around and the best I could find was $315. I also checked with HIDKITS on how much the bulbs alone were and he said that they were $260 for a pair, ooch. Damn there go more of my hard earn money which I could of used to buy more L mods.

I like how they put a separate light bulb for the hight beams, seems like they were designing the headlights for HIDs. How did you wire up the high beam bulb to our stock wiring harness?

Do you have anymore pics of your setup? If so, could you please post them. I would really apreciate it if you could post a pic of the HID bulbs or maybe a side by side of the HID and stock 9007. Could you also post a pic of the HIDs on at night on the road? I want to see how the road is lit up at night with these lights.
