I didn't say extended cab, I said 4 doors. Two regular and then 2 smaller suicide style doors. My guess would be something like the Saturn has.

4D THNDR,

That's what a SuperCab is...4 doors. Two smaller suicide doors. How could a regular cab have 4 doors??

Eliminating a regular cab is great news. Why? Because those of us who have them will have end-of-the line one-of-a-kind vehicles - the stuff collectors like. It'll take a long while for collectors' status to accrue but in the interim values will hold well.

Next time I get a chance I'll talk to him again but my impression was a couple 8-12" doors just to make it easier to access stuff behind the seats.

That would be pretty strange...I wonder if the fact that the New Dodge extended cab has 4 regular doors will have any effect on the new design?

Thumbs down No single cab -> Enormous mistake

If they do not offer single cab pickups it will be an enormous mistake. It will also drive up the price of a strip model F-150 (which I drive now and enjoy). This will force the whole construction industry to Chevrolet and Dodge as they will not justify the price increase. If this is true it's the worst idea yet.
