In my opinion, putting a Novi on makes it less of a Lightning. I'm weird like that. Might as well just get a regular F-150 and build it as a fast truck, with Lightning body parts if you're going to do the Novi.

I can build you the motor. I wouldn't go 9.5 compression though for a blown motor that you want to drive on the street as well as spray. I'd stick with stock compression. Going higher will only cause you headaches. I have a set of Ross pistons in stock, and I like the Eagle rods; inexpensive and super strong. I can have the heads and cams done for you as well. ")
I would also concider stroking it and keeping the stock comp. ratio.The Ross piston/Eagle rod combo is perfect!IMHO
