I brought my lighning in to the dealer for the
IC leak, and because the fuel pump died.

I get it back last week only to find they
damaged my front bumper. The nose has a bunch
of paint chiped off, and the lower passenger
corner looks like it was caught on something.

I told the service rep I would take it
elsewhere to be fixed. He said no problem, but
now the service manager is saying no they have
to fix it on site.

They did the same thing to my brothers mustang
last year! These people are incompetent.

AGGGRRRRR!

Anyone else have similar problems with the
Simi Valley Dealer in CA? (Use to be Bob Beaty)

 

If you take them to court, since they did the damage they would be responsible.You could get them to pay you a fair amount to have it repaired elsewhere. It doesn't matter what their policy is. It matters what the law is.
