Anyone in the S.E. section of New England be aware that anything Jannell Ford may say to you prior to purchasing the vehicle will turn out to be un-true. They (like most of the others) do not care that you spent 32k for a two wheel drive pickup, and that the main reason for puchasing was to make it go faster. All they are interested in is getting the sale and not satisfaction.(I can't get no). Ford isn't much better. It's like talking to a wall. Just my two cents. I'm pissed....

I hope you get some satisfaction, and I go through the same thing with my dealer. All I can tell you is GM dealers are the same way.
