The broken tool was not something we were happy to see because I had driven over a hour to get the install done and Mark and I had to drive through a torrential down pour, in addition we had a Hennessey tech meet us to do the install only to find the tool broken. Mark did everything he possibly could in the short time to feed us and we ended up shooting the **** for a bit. In the time I have known Mark he does all he can to make up for unforseen problems and never leaves anyone out to dry.

 

I've bought several things from Mark and met him personally. All items were first class and were shipped promptly. A great guy to do business with from my experience.
