Talking Lightning Force Performance... Problem

The problem began when I first contacted Mark at LightningForcePerformance. His level
of customer service was so attentive that I was somewhat taken back. He spent time
listening to what performance upgrades I was wanting to achieve (i.e.: beat my son in his
01 TA WS6). When I asked him questions comparing his product to other products
offered in the market place, he spoke very highly of other tuners and their product. At no
time did he degrade any of the competitors. He showed only respect to the competition.

The next problem appeared after I placed an order with Mark. He shipped fast, I received
it quickly, installed ASAP, but now I am experiencing a problem with excessive tire spin,
loss of tire tread and the strong smell of burning rubber.

Of course these are all problems I am happy to have!!!!!!!

If you are in the market for some performance mods I suggest talking to Mark at
Lightning Force Performance

Mark sounds like a good guy, I have never bought anything from him yet, but I will. He heard about my motor blowing up and he e-mailed me wanting to know if he could help in anyway. I thought that was very nice since I had never bought anything from him.

you gu are not kiddin i deal withmark for everything
hes a great person . i think hes getting sck of me calling everyday
i must have almost everythinghe has and his prices are great
but i only have one problem. my lightning is becoming undrivable.
i et to pass a cr the other night doing 40 an when i mshed the pedal my truckwent sideways what a great feeling lol my lights
where flshing rght in the other persons car man did they have fear i their eyes. hey mark keep the good work up. your favrite pal nick

You'd figure someone would have to plug another tuner in this one. Give it a rest!

I wont argue that he seems to be a nice guy to deal with, but its been a month since I sent back the pulley removal kit to him and HAVE NOT received my $100 deposit back!!!! Called him two weeks ago and he said he was sendind it out!!! Still havent seen it. Anybody else had this problem?

I have to agree, Mark has a great attitude and has been very helpful with various products. Anyone looking to buy mods should check with him first...Fast replies and shipping at very fair prices...JR

Mark has great customer service


My bassani will be here friday according to the tracking # he gave me!!!!

I have never recieved a tracking # from any vendor before, all the lightning specific vendors seem to be really good. I think it helps alot that they are enthusiasts themselves.

Skank Dog, Yes I have the same problem. Sent pulley puller back 3 months ago, still waiting for my $100 deposit to be returned. Mark does'nt even return my emails. Whats up Mark? Care to reply?

Cool Refunds and responses

I was unaware that I owed a refund to anybody who had sent back a upper pulley tool. I haven't intentionally held up your refund. It was an over sight on my part and I apologies. I try to answer all emails directed to LFP. If I haven't answered someone, it to was an oversight or I didn't receive it.

My habit is to provide the best possible service and product. I won't always get it right 100% of the time but I'll give 100% trying to make it right.
