My friend is interested in a Black 01 lightning hes looking everywhere for one and would like to use the X-plan, how would he go about using it? And would anyone know how long until its effect, when exactly could he use it? what organization is the best to use for the x-plan. And does anyone else know if there are any left in Southern California, we are willing to drive anywhere to get this truck!

so ive heard the hard part is not finding the organization, but the dealer that will accept and follow thru with the x-plan..


i too am looking to buying a 01 L and find an x-plan dealer in SoCal, if you have any luck with the dealer drop me a line, will ya?
