Anyone here have nitrous on their truck?

I have a dry system that came off my car and was thinking of putting it on the lightning. Can someone give advise and some pics-instructions on how to set up this thing.

It's illegal to run Nitrous on the street. At the strip, anything goes.

I wouldn't run Nitrous on the street for anything. The trucks go sideways easy enough with just a few mods.

Come again????

99 - - Does that mean it's illegal to have it on the truck or just to use it on the street?

It's illegal to be hooked up on the street. You can a full bottle and everything, just that the lines can't be hooked up. And above the point out how dumb it would be to use it on the street, as these things are hard enough to control as is, and having that extra kick on street tires wouldn't be good.

I think that useing the nitrous on the street is fine, conditions pending of course. Street tires hook better on the street than at the strip, as I have always been faster on the street than at the track. A good NOS system and a remote bottle opener make it real fun on the street, you can always spank someone real bad when you through the switch.
One word to the wise though, If you like to street race don't destroy the car that you are racing. Word gets around quick and then no one wants to race you when they are told how bad you beat so in so. I can't find any races anymore, no one wants to race. It sucks.. Back to the track where it belongs I guess.
