Can someone give me directions to dragway 42 if were all going to go there. I won't be running the lighting but it will be there,I'm towing the mustang with it. I figured I might as well run it ONCE this year I've been having to much fun in the Lighting to even think about driving the stang!!!

Take 76 west. Follow 76 through Akron and continue on 76W. When you reach I 71 You will see signs for 224, Lodi Stay on 76-224 till you see signs for Rt. 42 W. West Salem. If you stay in the left lane you can't screw up! Follow untill you see the sign on the Right for Dragway 42. That is the road you need to take. If you see the track on 42 you went to far! Hope these help.

I talked to the guys at the track this morining and gates will open at 10:30, and we begin running at 11:00. This event will run until dark, so i figure we should squeak in at least four passes apiece.
So how many people do we have? I'll be there as well as another guy with a black Lightning.

It's 7:30 Friday evening and as of now I am leaning toward
42 as I stated in previous post. For you guys who have never
been there, plan on spending several hours cleaning the dust
and etc. from your vehicles when you get home. The pits are
gravel, with some grass thrown in. But if all goes well we should
get at least 4 runs each. They do have a gamblers shoot out
which is broken down into two brackets, 11.99 and quicker,
and 11.99 and slower. Once this starts it takes priority over the
test and tune and those cars must wait until the shootout is
over.
I will check this post tomorrow night and go where ever the majority
of you choose. After all. I have a new chip program, and must
go somewhere. I would rather be with a bunch of Lightnings
where ever it is.
Norwalk is so much cleaner, and the track up there hooks a lot
better than 42.

42 it is. I'll see everyone there.
I was out playing earlier today and showed my father how the
L runs. Surprised the s#@$ out of me. I put the new JDM chip
in it yesterday and if what it did on the street is any indication
of what to expect of the track, I should be changing my
quickest time numbers Monday morning.
See you at 42 around 10:30..
