Yes. Here in CA you'd be dragging pavement everywhere...

I bet that truck has air bags for the suspension though.

Not too low if you don't have to turn....

It would have to be on bags to bring it back up to drive-height.

That truck was on the cover of StreetTrucks June 2001 issue. Yes, it is on bags; drop spindle and bags in the front, with a frame notch , three-link setup and bags on the rear. Good article with a bunch of nice pics inside as well.

If i had a lot of money i would probably have some sort of car on airbags, seems like it would be fun to play around with

Way too low. . . not my bag.
I would however consider lowering mine 1.5 - 2" from stock. It would be impossible to drive that truck as low as it is in the pic.
