I am considering replacing the shocks on my 99 with the 01 Bilstein's. Is this any easy change that can be done in the garage/driveway?? I know the rear nuts need to be replaced, is there anything else to do?? Will the shocks slide out without taking out the front springs or do the springs need to be compressed too?? I have heard these are a better all around shock for everyday driving.

I did it in my driveway. Worth the money Just unbolt them and they'll slide out.
