I didn't like them at first, but they grew on me. Only on silver and white though. Black and red still don't look exactly right to me. My.02

If you're going to start personal cracks at one another take it elsewhere! We don't need that crap here.

As far as what people do to their Lightnings, it's personal preference. If someone wants a purple one, fine. If someone wants to put gawdy 22" wheels, fine. The bottom line is it is up to that owner, and we have no right to criticize or impose our beliefs on others.

Back to the topic: the clears tails disappointed me at first, but I got used to them. Now I would not have it any other way! They make the truck a little more extraordinary!

Just my $.02.

 

The first thing I did to my white 01 was to change to the standard flairside tails. Let the civic kids have their chrome.

 

If anyone wants to trade their clear tail lights for the old style ones, E-mail me and you got a deal.

 

I have never seen a post as offensive as the one posted above by SVTMike24. Uncalled for and completely out of line in a forum such as this.
