Front rotor and pads question

Will F-250 rotors and pads fit and work for the 2001 Lightning? Auto parts stores around my house don't have Lightning specific parts, but I have heard that the pads and rotors are straight from the F-250.

They are expedition/navigator brakes. I think that they are also the F-250 setup, but you will have better luck at partshouses calling it an Expedition or Navigator when referencing brake pads and rotors.
