Which transpan do you like best?

The Mag Hytec pan is top of the line however, it sits to low. If you plan to lower your truck ground clearance will be an issue and it will be a matter of time before you strike it. It sits fairly low stock as it is.
I use the performance automatic pan. It holds an additonal 4 quarts and comes complete with a drain plug. You can also tap the pan if you wish to install a sending unit for a trans temp gauge. It is pretty beefy and is the next best thing compared to the Mag Hytec pan.
Mag Hytec also sells a nice rear end cover similar in design to the transpan. Again it will not fit if you lower the truck or go with a performance sway bar set up.

I installed a new transmission pan. see http://www.hughesperformance.com/ and www.ncs-stl.com/Images/pan.jpg
Notice that the pan hangs quite a bit below the main frame rails and the drain plug is only 6 1/4 " from the ground. Also the new pans are not painted.
