just a quick note to let you know that i got a "Malcolm" force balance, rotation, & alignment today on the cobra (per your's and bruce's recommendation) & the car is smoother than it has ever been in two years. that guy does excellent work.

i didn't get a chance to speak with him; however, if ya get a chance tell him thx for me (it's the black cobra). also, thx to you & bruce for the heads up and recommendation. (i had read your comments here a week or so ago)

as a side note, i'm sending back the chip on the "L" to get a re-burn to soft'n up the shifts during normal to moderate acceleration. i just can't fight it anymore.

Universal has always treated me good, from jon gifford, paul "big red", travis, bruce, & yourself. no compaints here. sometimes i read the dealer service horror stories and realize how fortunate i am. keep up the good work & have a safe & joyuos New Years!

Universal is a great dealership indeed, I have not had to take the L in yet, but it will go there it anything comes up before I go to FL!!!
