We installed the Bassani Catback system yesterday. I was afraid it would be too loud but it's perfect. The quality of materials and workmanship is beyong my expectations, and I'm picky!!

I knew you would like it, Make sure they impacked the clamps on the X-Pipe, Once it heats up & cools off a few times the metal will expand some. Mine came alittle loose, but no biggy just had to impact them on!!!

I love the sound. It's just what I wanted all along. Not loud enough to draw a lot of attention but a monster when you want it to be. We spot welded all of the pipe connections. I wanted to hear and know that I would like them before we weld them solid.

 

Are you not worried about putting it back stock if you have a problem?? Welded is better for sure!!!

 

You know, I WAS. But warranties aren't worth the paper they're written on most of the time. If it breaks, I'll fix it anyway.

 

My Bassani should be in the mail soon. Any tricks to mounting it? Do I have to have anything welded or can I do this in my garage?

Looks good. I am getting the full deal next week. I have heard positive and negative post on it, but everyone around here, and track times I have seen before and after they seem to help a good bit. Where did you get yours and if you don't mind how much where they?

what about if you want insane loud exhaust, what package do you go with?

 

The Bassani exhaust is great, I am switching to long tube headers so If anyone wants a great deal on some Bassani coated headers let me know. They will be comming off in a couple of weeks.

The set up looks great. I plan to get the Bassani cat back soon as I crawl out from under all the Christmas bills.
