maybe the plot stinks and maybe the acting stinks also but im a car and truck nut. it made the movie for me to be able to see all the cars and the L that was in it. i even cringed when the guy hit the curb as he was parking the red L

same here. I always try to park backwards. Both myself and my wife went "aargh" when he hit the curb. I think it was a little too ricey for me with all of the yen mobiles. I have never ever seen such horrible sticky graphics before, though....

Uh, that's three words.

But, yes I agree, VERY STUPID MOVIE. How the hell does a 9 sec car have trouble beating a 10 sec car?

All I know is I would trade my L for that Supra anyday. I could do without the stickers but truth be told that car was actually fast as hell. Just my opinion.

Now that's boost. I have an mgp of a Supra burning tires the whole way around a circle track. They are bad cars w/ a lot of potential.

I saw that POS for the first and last time last week. Anyway how long(distance was that street race? I think they had 12 speeds and were going over 140mph at the end? For that matter why did the guy have bolt in diamond plate floors in the Eclipse? I will say that i did like some of the rice in it exspessially the Rx7 with the N2O in the seat.

I would trade my L for that Supra too.... Then I would sell the Supra for 2 1/2x what the L was worth and buy another L and hook it up to be faster than the supra. The extra 40k that the supra was worth could make any L faster and look better (oppinionated) than that Supra.

I feel the same way as everyone else about the movie. Terrible plot, acting, Lightning abuse and 9 sec car vs 10 sec car race.

Interesting cars though which made it interesting.

Personally ... I didn't think the movie was that bad. Maybe it was because I was expecting it to be horrible and then when I actually saw it I was suprised it was actually decent. Funny how nobody admits that the movie was decent, yet it's making a killing. Of course some of the things were exaggerated, IT'S A MOVIE! LoL. Kinda like that Supra racing that Ferrari. In actuality, that Ferrari would have been dusted, but to the general movie audience, they wouldn't have believed it. Oh well .. comes with the territory. Guess I just like car movies ...

You've got a point. LoL. I still stand behind my feelings that it was an ok movie ... it's just cool to say how much it sucked on 99% of the car forums.
