what plugs to use?

Shawn:
I ran stock plugs with a 3lb pulley, air filter, th/body, and oil breather cap on my daily driver to 18,500 miles. I put in NGK BR7EFs then when I changed to a 5lb. pulley. The stocks ran fine(12.791@106.59)--no problems at all but, when I pulled them and looked at them under a lighted magnifying glass, the ground electode platinum 'pad' was burned/worn away.
The NGK TR 5s would be fine for you unless you plan to add more boost--then one of the others(TR6s, BR7EFs, or Densos) would be safer.

I have have had no issues with the tr6's and being one step colder than the tr5 they have a little insurance against detonation. Stock plugs appear to have problems getting rid of the heat on any added boost or anything that adds heat to a stock motor. The Densos appear to be a good choice but are pricy. Do not use antisieze. These motors only have about 4 threads that hold the plugs in and the plugs are known to work loose.
