: Nice looking L and great times 99, tks for posting the pics it brings back alot of great memories. I use to run at that track back in the mid to late 60s. Looks like it hasn't changed at all, kinda glad to see that! We use to ride the dirt bikes around the hills and vallys between rounds. Once flipped over backwards with the wife on back when she was pregnant, must be why my doughter likes fast cars and bikes ha ha.Sorry to keep rambling on but if you have any more pics of carlsbad please post. Congradulations Marcus! You are the man. The first of us to run 12's out here.

By the looks of the 60' times, the traction was excellent for Carlsbad. Your 106 MPH indicates that the air was very good.

Now we all have you in our sights. I'll get there someday. Even if it takes a little blue bottle.

 

Mike, Jay, I missed racing around you guys this week, it just doesn't feel the same competing(sp?) against each other.

Mike, C-bad is open every Sat. I believe... Gates open at 1, racing is from 2-6 pm. It was one hell of a drive for me though...took 3 hours....HORRIBLE traffic!!

Jay, you'll get there. I KNOW your truck has it in it. without the blue bottle! All us Cali guys are just searching for traction and good air (at the same track).

I'll post next time I go up there.
