Cool

Did you have any pinging or detonation before this happened?

I had a little detonation on my first pass, so I put some octane boost in and it went away.
From the looks of it, The plugs are getting way too hot.

I think I might switch over to the TR-6's

Cool

Maybe it's just me but everytime somebody has detonation and they put octane booster in it wants to burn down the plugs. This has been going on for a long time around here. It seems to quiet down the detonation but does bad things in the process. I have read countless post with the same result.
