Thanks to someone here I got a good telephone number for Dawn Sperber. I called her at 7 AM and explained I was upset with the broken promises and if she was not going to ship today I was going to pick up the forms needed to file a mail fraud case against her. Again she promised she would ship them today and provide me an Email with tracking number. This time she stated she would personally carry them to be shipped.

When I first started this conversation she asked me if I realized it was 7 AM. What a statement from a person who caused this problem.

 

 

If she still has a problem shipping them, my offer still stands.
