Just throwing out a bone I am from the NYC and I would be interested in
starting a club in the NYC area including the five boroughs,
many members are having meets and gatherings down south so
lets get it started I am sure there are many of us out there in the NYC area
we could have a meet once a month or something or the other
Feed back would be appreciated and I will put myself in the drivers seat
to help get a gathering going, and anyone else who can or would hepl would be great
This could be great!!!

Queens here, Diblasi as well......This would probably work out better than our SVTOA chapter. I havent heard from them in the longest....and they didn't want any on track events either

Although I presently live in Delaware, I will be moving back to "the island" in the next couple of months and go to work with my brother in the medical supply business. (The govt. is gettin' lame and is not paying enough to keep up with my social life ). I will be back in good ol' Massapequa. I also have a friend who owns a Gen 1 L and I am sure that he will be interested!

Guys I was thinking to have the first meet in the beginning of early april
maybe at a "Hooters or on Bell Boulevard that would be great
maybe 20 or so Lightnings on Bell or at another good location
Traffic would be stopped!! I am new to this and any help feedback
or assitance would be great, remember it is for all our benefit and
have a good time as well, I have some good ideas brewing!!

I dont know where Bedford is either? but I am just throwing some places
that a meet could be possible, like a Hooters or something not
that I like the place but it is a start, there are many restarants and stuff
on Bell and a place to cruise around if we all decide, I dont get the chance to see
or meet many L owners around because I am so busy with work
and a sceduled meet would be great, and what a better back drop than New york city
for some really great photo opps!

If you are near Mt. Kisco, then you are about 50 minutes from Bell Blvd.

 

I live about two minutes from Bell Blvd. It is a busy street however, I would have no idea where we would intend to have a meet. I cannot really think of a good parking lot or a place to park all of those trucks ...I guess that is a good thingall of those trucks i mean
