I know for a fact that Manny in the parts dept. at Berge Ford in Mesa, AZ has the ENTIRE 2001 Owners manual (including the L supplement) and he's wanting to get rid of it cheap.
Don't know the phone number, but directory assistance can put you through.
If you don't hook up with him, I believe that you can order them through any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealership's parts dept.
