it's being shipped from Anchorage I noticed alot of folks on here from Alaska. I did 3 years on Kodiak. too cold for me. I bought the pickup from a fellow who works at cal worthington ford. 3600 miles,white. i tried to post a pic but i can't get it to work yet.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but just remember that vanity plates get the attention of more than just passersby...the get the attention of cops too. I spent over a month picking out the "perfect" plate for my then new L, and finally decided on MXRACE (because I had won the new england amateur motocross championship the year before). I had and loved this plate and how badddddd it made my L look for about a year...but within the last few months it seems, with 99, 00, 01 and now 02 L's alllll over the place, I think cops are finally starting to realize what these trucks are all about. I got pulled over twice in one week (about two weeks ago), and both times each cop said "well, what do you expect me to think with you driving around in a suped up truck with RACE on the license plate?!". (I should also probably say that neither one of these times was because I was speeding). Needless to say, the very next day I stopped by my local registry and turned in my beloved MXRACE plate for something stupid that "blends" into traffic like 3609ZP.

Just something to think about (if you drive like I do).
