Question What Pressure Are You Running Your F1's @ The Track

I am planning on taking my truck to the track for the first time tomorrow down to Carlsbad and was wondering what the best pressure to run my F1's at? Thanks for your responses in advance!

I like to run 28 psi. I've tried alot of different settings and it just seems to work best at my track. I would say start with 30 or so and let some out until you like it. Its easier than haveing to air them up. Looks like our Mods are real close to the same also.

I seriously doubt that I will be able to duplicate your times, though! I am hoping for a low 13, but California weather and tracks blow!!

My best times have been with 32-33psi.

Cool

28#'s in the rear and 35#'s in the front. Don't forget low front tires will slow you up. I've tried lower and higher in the rear but 28 seems to produce the best numbers.

I've found that it really doesn't make much difference here on the So Cal tracks. They are all pretty slippery. I ran around 27-28 lbs. most of the time. Some guys say you will get better traction if you switch from side to side at the rear, too! I found I got better traction if I switched to ET Streets. They instantly dropped .2 off of my 60' times.

Good luck.

I always run my fronts at 44 lbs. at the track.
