i ship a lot out UPS to my customers. they can request any of the services available:

1: ground (whenever)
2: Blue (second day)
3: Red (next day)
4: Veruca NOW!!! (as in "I want an Ooompa-Loompa, and i want it NOW!!!)

there will be no sympathy for those requesting Blue or Red, when they actually meant Veruca
