Unhappy Lost to a VR-4.....

Went out looking for trouble tonight at the local hangout. Cool guy, with a 1999 Mitsubshi 3000 GT Twin Turbro, all wheel drive, VR-4(0-60 in like 5.0, 1/4 in like 13.5). I know it wasn't stock, but i don't know what he had done. Anyways, we get to the spot, go from about 45-50 and pulls ahead 1 1/2 car lengths when we shut down at 100. Then we try from a stop, this is where I was hoping I could get him. We go.... I stay door to door with him through first, then when he shifts to second, it looked like a slingshot hit him in the a$$. He rocketed to 1 1/2 car length again, and stayed there, shut down at like 110 this time. He had a really nice car. I think the L held it's ground pretty well. I was expecting to get whomped on even more. Oh well, I need a damn PULLEY!!!

That definately wasnt' a stock VR4 then. I have raced my friends VR4, and he barely nudged me out on a 0-100 pull from a stop.
