I Just found out that chevrolet is making 69 ZL-1 Camaros just like they did in 1969. This camaro has a ZO6 motor that has been tweeked. If you order the highest horse power one its not street legal but it has tons of horse power. Chev is keeping this very quiet because they don't want SLP to get mad(SLP is the people who make the camaro SS) My Dads friend who told me this. If you guys know classic cars that ZL1 is one the cover of a lot of books. This is no BS If you search around and try to find any thing on it, you won't just wait a little bit i'll post more when he gets his car.

I Thought GM stopped making the Camaro ?? The new Cobra is being way underated i think they are saying its under the 400hp mark so that insurance wont be to bad on them. I know my friend here in NJ was paying alot a year for a regular cobra so we will see what the blown ones will be. And just like with the dodge truck or any other concept when i see it roll up next to me at a light i will believe it.

I wasn't sayin that it was gonna kick the hell out of everything out there i was just pumped to here that they were coming out with it. Even if there is only 69 being made for now. I know that there is always someone faster. So i just spend the money i have on my truck and try to be happy with that. Which im not right now. You'll see by my sig...........Its not fast enough, but i think i'm done spending money for a while.

So how 'non-street legal' is the higher grade version? Any numbers yet? Not like the chances of seeing one of those is going to be great. Didn't that Tiger Shark Vette have something like 600hp?
Out of curiousity, what makes a production vehicle non-street legal? Is there a certain amount or style of mods that you cannot do or go over to still keep the street legal status?
