What is the best midrange speakers for our lightnings.

I know that this is not the speaker section, but because it relates to our trucks I thought that you guys could offer me help on this.

Another question as well, where do you put the bequiet, directly below the door panel or on the inside door shell.

we all hear differently so just go listen to some different speakers and get the ones you like best.
