I recently had this problem, you need to contact your local postmaster and they have a form you will need to fill out as to the best of your knowledge and show any and all prove of what you bought, paid, adress(s) and such. I went thru a deal with a guy on ebay in January and in the end I got my merchandise and got muy money back in a flea bargain for them to not presecute the seller. This was in Florida and I was told that each state has various laws for mail fraud as well.
I hope this helps.

Thanks Showya. I filed a clain on line and the lady I talked to in Houston said this was all I needed to do. I feel better now that I've read these last few post. This guy just does not seam afraid of the Postal Inspectors! I thought maybe they just got a slap on the hand. I will tell the whole story of how dumb I was soon. I want others on this board to learn from my ignorance!

Jerry - I found it!!!!!!!!
this was the famous thread on the Buick forums about some guy that got ripped off and posted everything he did on the net. It's 21 pages, and very funny but it should you out.
