There's a special machine thats supposed to balance them different but I forgot the exact name. I think it was the GSP9000 though, and they have a site where you can look for one in your area and its supposed to be the best way to balance tires now a days. I couldn't find one close to me last time, but maybe there's one now.

I believe this link will take you to the site RTKILLA is referring to http://www.hunter.com/pub/product/product.htm This is the machine that Discount Tire uses as well as American Tire, I don't know if you have those chains in your area. Hope this helps!

I used the Hunter GSP9700 Tire Machine to balance my 20's. I have replica 01 20's and Toyo Proxies S/T tires.
They ride pretty good, but don't expect them to ride like a Lincoln(didn't want to use Cadillac).
All large rims and tires are hard to get perfect. My local Ford dealer had the Hunter tire machine, check with your local dealer.

I have had my 20s polished, straightened and the curb rash taken off by a supplier that my local Discount Tire uses. Discount did the final balance and mounting. They ride and handle better than when they were new. Cost was about $125/wheel. Unfortunately they did not tell me who did the work.
