99 Foglight bulbs: H1 or H3s??

99 Foglight bulbs: H1 or H3s??
One of my foglights went out..Just trying to rememember if the part number is H1 or H3...Also one of my foglight lenses are crack..Are the lense sold seperately w/out having to buy the entire assembly?
