Mac catback

Did someone on here say that they had one on their L? Just curious to what you thought about it. I can get one for 238 new..Sounds like a smokin' deal for a new catback....

MAC

A guy I work with deals with MAC products for his 5.0. He has a silver 01 L. He contacted somembody he deals with regularly at MAC and they're sending him a catalog. And yes there is a Lightning cat back. The part number was just posted on here by someone just a day or two ago. If nothing shows in the mean time, when he gets the catalog, I'll post some info. Under 300.00

cat back is TK5499 . That is the number per MAC. No details yet. Awaiting catalog.

I saw a Mac cat back today on a red 01 L, it looked and sounded great. The tips are crhome so they might be a little bit of work to keep clean but it looked like a very nice piece and fit very well.He told me 290.00 I would gladly put one on my Lightning.

maybe i should get that instead of the bassani and have enough left over for traction bars or new fuel pumps.

stainless, more than double the price and loud but nice. Lot's of people like it. If you want a good stainless system then that or the JDM are good.. I don't want to spend 650.00 just to make a little more noise unless I have to. both JDM and Bassani have larger tips and that looks nice. I think I'm gonna get the MAC.
