Thumbs up svt training

good news for svt owners i work at a ford dealer and reciently
went through a svt training program ford is going to require
svt dealers to have certified techs to repair and deal with
svt vehicles and customers they focused on the differences
between svt and mainstream f150, focus and mustang they
talked about aftermarket modifications and how to treat
a customer who comes in with a concern a svt tech should
determine if the modification caused the customers concern
example if a lightning comes in with a chip, blower pulley etc.
and the customers concern is his windshield wipers donot
work donot tell him his warranty is voided repair concern
but if same customer comes in and connecting rods are
hanging out of oil pan advise them that due to modifications
i cannot warranty basically treat svt customers like other
customers svt asked svt owners and most owners no if
you play you are going to pay but treat me like a customer
when my concerns are not related to mods fords mission is
to develop svt, market, support, and sevice there products
proud to be svt certified the future of svt looks brighter

Sounds much more fair then Ford's previous ways of treating these situations.

It's good to use periods. It makes it much easier to read. BTW. . .This sounds like good news
