Doing Grill Install Need Help Now!!!

I can get half of the black plastic circle things out? They just keep spinning but don't come out. I've never taken them out before, need help asap. Thanks in advance and stay tuned for more questions.

pull out the center "pin" on the connector to release the prongs behind on the clip, then it should come right out. I would use a screwdriver to get it started then a pair of plyers to pull it out...

It still doesn't come out, the whole thing, connector pin and the circle around it just spins. The pin in the middle doesn't come up. And I can't get them out.; 4 came right out, the other 4 won't budge. WTF!!!

get something to pry under it, like a screwdriver or a blade from a zacto (spelling) knife...the blade worked for me...just pry up the center part where the screwhead is...should work...

Maybe yours are different. Try pushing the center section in until it clicks....about 1/8" below the head of the connector, then pull it out...
