Butt ugly ground efects/running boards. Some of the other body work has potential. For Ford's sake I hope it's cheap or fast.

I saw one in person at the OH NMRA. The truck was very pretty except for the wheels and ground effects, they just didn't fit the truck. Put some yellow Lightning ground effects and some Lightning or any deep dish style wheel on it, and you'd have just about the hottest truck around.

Don't like the wheels, ground effects, running boards, door/side 'trim', bumper cover, or the hood. In other words, gross, I'll pass.

Exclamation WHY

Just tell me why Ford would spend time building this instead of something worthwhile?

Ford does not build that truck, it's a West Coast aftermarket company.

At first glance, that looked OK. After reading the posts, I went back and took another look. You guys are right, that realy doesn't look that good, especially the wheels and hood!

These mongoloid trucks are being put together by Choo-Choo Customs in Indiana. A shop that's pretty close to my friend's Pro-Glass company. This is why you see most of them in the midwest. Apparently they had to order 500 trucks so they could get the yellow paint job from Ford fleet sales. Awesome color but everything else is completely overdone. The only thing missing is curb feelers Let's also not forget the near $ 40K price tag !!! Insult to injury

I dig the hood and the color- but that's it. Any idea on if that hood is available aftermarket?

Finally Ford steps down and makes some real competition for the Dodge R/T...
