Has anyone done business with Lightning Force Performance? I ask because I placed an order w/ them for about $600 3 nights ago and they have not given me any response. I emailed them twice and called and left message. There answering service did not sound like your typicall business. I know they billed me cause I got an automated bill the same night emailed to me. Whats up w/ these guys? Are they a real parts dealer? Man, I hope im not gonna get screwed on this. Ive already contacted my credit card company and they said that I can freeze or pull payment back if I need to. If I dont hear from them on Monday Im gonna cancel payment for unrendered services. If anybody has dealt w/ them or knows how to reach them let me know. That answering service crap dont float my boat. I want my tracking info or the status on my order!!!

Don't worry,he may be away for the weekend or something.I've never heard of anyone getting burned by LFP.He has a day job and the phone is probably for that.These tuners all disappear for a few days sometimes just like the rest of us.

mellow out dude !! Mark will take care of you >> The tuners and venders have lives too!! he will contact you dont worry hes legit . Go and post here http://www.nloc.net/forum/forumdispl...s=&forumid=427 thsi is not the place for it . Do you think Summit or any other company would have gotten ahold of you in 3 days?

I wouldn't freak out, from the info I've read Mark is very reputable and well liked buy his customers you just need to realize that you are not dealing with Jeg's or Summit, they don't have a large staff just waiting for your call, all the tuners are staffed by a few deticated people. Just be a little patient and they will come through. Todd

Actully summit and steeda called me about 8 hrs later while i was in my office. I spent about $600 at both of them also. They called to verify that I placed the order @ 2am. Wanted to make sure my card wasnt stolen and give me tracking info. Cool though! Thanks for the feedback. Yeah your all probably right (I dont say that often). I guess ill loosen my *** checks now and relax. Im just itchin to do this install. I got some of the summit order today and thats what made me start to worry. Thanks for the lesson in patience.

I see from the almost instant responses to this forum that you are a very reliable person. I hope we can do more business in the future and i once again apoligize for drawing conclusions. SORRY!!!
