Question rear differential lube

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I'm thinking about changing out the rear differential fluid in my stock 02 Lightning and replacing it with Redline gear lube, but i'm torn. I was down there earlier today, and it says to use 75w140 gear lube, but the SVT supplement says to use 80w90 or something like that???

Which should I use? I imagine 75w140 would offer better protection and might have better limited slip qualities, but I understand it's less efficient than 80w90 which means less power reaches the ground. If I changed the rear gear lube, should I change it with what is reccommended in the SVT supplement, or what's written back there? This is really confusing

Best to stay with the facotry synthetic ... IMHO ...
Most of the tuners recommend that too ....
