Question What's it going to be, Pro-Sport, Snuglid, or Fibernetics?

I need some help deciding on which hard tonneau to order. I've been trying to make up my mind but now I'm coming to the conclusion that I may NEVER decide.

I've narrowed it down to three different styles.

*Innovations Pro-Sport

*Snuglid

*Fibernetics

TZRider (Paul) has a Fibernetics and loves it.

SLVRLTNG (JR) has a Snuglid and loves it.

Clonetek (Brooks) has an Innovations Pro-Sport and loves it.

I have never been to a FFW or any event where I could see and compare these different models.

JR was nice enough to send me several close-up pics of his Snuglid and while it looks great there are a couple of things about it that concern me. They seem to rub and scratch the plastic trim around the top of the bed and tailgate. Another concern was that it was not easy to lift due to not having something to grip to lift it. Thanks for the honesty JR.

I haven't seen any close-up pics of Brook's Innovations Pro-Sport but it seems like the spoiler would provide a place to push the lid up and I DO like the look of the spoiler.

I haven't seen any close-ups of Paul's Fibernetics either but it appears to have a small spoiler that would assist some in opening the lid.

All three of these models look flawless from the pictures I've seen but I've not seen very many pics *up close*.

What do you guys have, and can anybody post some close-up pics that will help me decide what to order? I want the best quality unit that I can find since I'm only going to do this one time. What I buy will be what I'm stuck with and I don't want to regret buying the wrong one.

Sorry for this being so long but it's a big decision and I need your help please. Oh yeah, carpet underneath to match my Bedrug is a must have also.

Thanks,

Tim

I have never had a problem with my Snuglid rubbing on anything.

I have a Snuglid on my SCrew. There most certainly should not be any rubbing on the rails! My doesn't rub at all and if it did I would be back at the dealer having them adjust it. I would also HIGHLY recommend that you do the headliner. I didn't have it originally. I had a Bedrug installed a couple of weeks ago and decide to have the headliner added as well. What a difference! Very clean looking and totally eliminates ANY possiblity of rub marks. For a picture of the lid just click on Snuglid in my signature.

Good Luck!

Is Snuglid easily removed? TZRider said his Fibernetics could be removed in 30 seconds.

Damn, I hate seeing these threads. Everytime I think I have made up my mind, this comes along and throws another option in it.

Might take a minute or so to remove but no more. Have had it over a year and only had it off once.

Vinnie,

******* is another option that I've considered. I don't know much about them but they look good. I'll have to check them out, got a website? Price?

Thanks buddy!

Don,

What is the date of the FFW in Virginia? It's in Richmond, right?

Don and Vinnie,

I would love to come and meet you too. Where are you guys staying? I would like to get a motel room close to you guys. I could drive the motorhome but I don't want to get stuck too far away from the event.

Now, if a lot of you guys have motorhomes and are going to a certain campground, that would be another story.

Tim

Vinnie,

How long is it taking to have the ******* cover delivered? Where is it coming from?
