I didnt get to make it back there today. I stayed out WAY to late playing on the street. I got home @ 4am and have to leave again for work around 8pm today. It was a good time, I got to drive Don's Bolt down the track...

It was 103 Deg at the track with a handheld reader...

Jim@JDM- 12.0's
Don's Bolt- 12.20's
Vinnie- 12.90's
Brian K- 12.60's
Paul G- 12.40's
Chris- 12.70's
Paul- 12.80's

Scott, Nano, Shaun, Kevin, Doug, Sam, and a few others were there running, but I dont remember times, most were High 12's I think. We all went to Hooters of course and had a good time, I think VINNIE has some pics of a nice parking lot show....

After that I took Don's Bolt & HDMLINIUM out to the street races for a bit.

I hope Cecil was a blast like FFW was!!

Rich,

It was great meeting you finally and we had a blast at the track and hOOters. The local talent was pretty sweet......

For those that didn't make it to FFW, there was quite the selection of lemonade too!!

They had the Ford Concept cars there today...GT-40, Mach 1 and Concept 49.... pretty sweet....

I got knocked out in the first round by the green Trash Truck.....

While I set no new ET best, I did set this new best (Left lane, RT):

Heres a decent picture of my launch from saturday. Treating the hoosiers to some abuse...

The green Trash Truck won...Paul Gamino took 2nd....

As rich mentioned, the GPS said 103 on saturday and 96 today.... I'm sure every L was several tenths off.

Against the trash truck today, I ran a 12.49 @ 106....letting off. We both broke out, but he got me on the tree....

Later

So no 11's for the day? think mod shootout totaled went 11.1s...

Anyone got news from that event?

Although I did not break any speed records(12.92) I did have a BLAST.What a weekend.I met doug(da man).HDMLINIUM(great Guy),Dons Bolt(another greay guy),ICULOKN,and a bunch of other people from here and everybody was swapping stories and having a blast.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to one of these if it is convenient.
I did win best appearing lightning(yeah). So losing in the first round to last years champ(just my luck) wasn't so bad.
I am going to sleep now.Just got home from a 5 hour drive. Will post more pics tomorrow night.
VINNIE
BTW-Special thanks to the whole JDM CREW.They really do treat you like family.
