Question need fuel press. help

I have been chasing what I thought was a vacuum leak problem. I have just checked fuel pressure & am reading 10-12 lbs only. I have a 99 L w/ several mods,& a new fuel filter only a month old. Before I pull the gas tank for a new pump, I wanted to run this by the post/forum first. Anyone have any response on this problem? Thanx to all replies.

Maybe your fuel line is partially hanging off one of your pumps.

Idle pressure should be around 30 psi and higher when on the throttle. Sounds like one pump is out or disconnected

I agree with Andre.......I see like 32-35# at idle and around 55+ at WOT.
