I was offered $23,500 a couple of weeks ago for mine. This was after the Lexus dealer called 5 Ford Dealers, plus a wholesaler.

I got 26k for my Red L, traded in stock. As a gift though, I gave them the Bilstiens from the 2002 because they made the new one ride/handle less than desirable. BTW, it had 28,000 miles on it.

IF you have low mileage, then a dealer should offer between 23-25K as a trade-in price, if the truck is clean and looks good. 00 and 01s are on the lot at 25.5 to 27 in my area. If you can find them. Did you ever think of posting on E-bay and mentioning it here? I know its hard to make a straight sale with financing issues for the buyer and all, but if you hook up with the right buyer, who knows?
