2001 grill

You can use the 2001 grill frame if you get the 2001 SS grill, fits (almost) perfectly.

ChikenEars: That's not fair. I'm sure that damn rabbit helped you, I had to do it myself

I think JC Whitney still has them for under $90

Hmm, thats wierd.

When I first got my street scene grill years ago when the 99'L came out, The clips worked perfectly. No need for zipties. Too bad some SOB had to smash my grill , I liked it very much......

Thumbs up

Tim: I’m with Coldie, rent a wabbit?

Rich: True but “don’t read the instructions”, still funny…

99svtlightning: Good advise from Tampa, paid more for mine, OUCH…

Self: Back up to kicking machine and turn on full bore, you didn’t ask…

Thanks for the blow by blow and pics guys …

I bought mine before the 2001 grills were released.

QB, I couldn't do it without the wabbit, he's a good bartender!

FYI the 01 grill(s) are expensive, like $252.25, that includes shipping from JC Whitney. Part #'s 950-77719 & 950-77729.

I think Mr Chikenears has the best idea, use the old style with a 2000 grill. BTW. could the wabbit make me a Jack & Coke

Who did you buy from, Codie? That was the price for the 99/00 upper and lower grills, at least what JC Whitney charged me.

Eventhough the 01 grills are more $$$, do they fit better on an 01? I don't buying a 99-00 grill frame and installing it would add up to be more.

Coldie,
Who did you buy from to get that deal?
