That is a JDMs Air filter set-up.
As much as I like the cervini and cowl hoods.I was going to buy the cervini until I saw the shaker.
I am old school.The minute I saw the shaker I had to have it.To me it was a neat idea.
The product is first class all the way.The prep time was VERY little and the fit was dead on right out of the box.It has been on since April and I am VERY happy with it.
Highly Recommend.
