havent had a chance to really spend time under my truck so I dont really know if there is room, but I know on mustangs we put sub-frames on them and it made the car feel alot more stiff/solid... my truck feels solid now but i am wondering what it will fell like 2-3yrs down the road.. has anyone thought of doing this and if it is at all possible.....thanks

The truck is full framed and heavy duty, for four wheeling and stuff.

I think your Mustang was a unibody and it would benefit from subframes as did my 1991 Z281LE but your L has a full frame--no subs needed.

sub frames

sub frames and unibodys are the same thing, on the mustangs what they are putting on is sub-frame connecters. they help stiffen up the car by making it more rigid. your full framed truck would for the most part just get heavier. hope that helps you.
