mods include:2lb lightning upper
5lb lower
k&n filter
diablo chip
i can't believe the power.i hope to have 1/4 times
on sunday.

damn, those are some pretty nice numbers for just a pulley/chip combo even if it is an extra 7lbs of boost!

Nice numbers! I saw a H-D truck at the dealership a month ago, and I really liked it. If I had more space (and funds), I'd get the H-D truck, but right now, I'm the market for a cruiser bike, and the Fat Boy is looking really nice...

 

Those numbers are pretty high for just those mods Be carfeul when you run at the track i have heard of harley guys running and breaking the driveshaft since its 2 pieces.

 

I am sorry but those numbers just don't seem real to me. This is not a flame so dont take it that way please. I am just saying with what you have done it seems a little bit high say like 20- 30hp. I just looked at Don's bolt dyno #'s and he is only 465.8/621 and hes got to have one of the badest L's on here definatley pushing the most boost outta that new blower.
I think you better go back to the dyno guy or see if those numbers were corrected or not

2002 HD 340hp stock
k$n FIlter = 5hp maybe
2# upper #5 lower= 20hp not sure a guess i dont know to much about pulley size to hp ratio
diablo chip 20-30 hp if tuned perfect another guess

Im with SLICK0478. Those numbers are just to high for those mods. Not even an intake on there just a K and N panel Filter or Single Blade TB. Like VINNIE said are those the S.A.E. calibrated numbers?

 

the #'s are sae and it's true we did 5 pulls all within 1-2%
i was suprised myself.willie from diablo was there tuning my chip.
i expected maybe 390rwhp.the air fuel was 11.4

 

The numbers do seem out of line, but maybe the truck was in the 375/380 range when stock. Just an idea, to bad you didn't baseline the truck first.
Anyway Congrats on some *ahem* nice numbers. Will be waiting to hear what times the truck pulls in the 1/4 with those great #'s

 

I want you bin file to your chip then!! Who did the tune?

 

Maybe instead of Ford De-Tuning his Harley they Tuned it and made it more hp stock then our trucks hehe .
