Thumbs down Tire Stolen at track

I was at FFW this weekend, and had a great time until this happened.

Went to put my stock tires back on after I was done racing, and what did I see - only one tire.

It was like WTF, the Ahole who took it had to move my tailgate to get it, so it couldn't have been a accident. To make things worse I am allmost 100% sure it was a Lightning owner.

So I had to drive home with the spare tire on the pass saide.

Now I have to buy a new 2001 rim and eagle F1.

If anyone knows the best place to get a factory rim, or if anyone has a rim that they want to sell let me know.

It is sad when you can't even trust other Lightning owners at FFW. I guess I am going to have to bring a cable and lock from now on, and lock my tires together.

That sucks. Hopefully not someone from these boards. Tire rack is the cheapest I have seen for both. It will come mounted balanced and ready to install.

Somebody needs an *** wooping!

After all the positive feeling that we get through these boards I have a hard time beleiving it was an L owner. But, what other vehicles will it fit on?

Any identifyable scraches on it?

Time for a whole new set of 22's

hey Don

When Vinnie posts his pics, we should be able to have the license plate number of the guy we think don it. At worst we'll know to keep a eye on him and not let him near out stuff ever again. At best we can track him down and leave his truck on blocks....hehe. I'm gonna check out a few sources for you for the wheel. I think Probie said he had a tire you can have. Call him.

IMO - I believe the punishment should be much much worse then the crime so that they will think twice before even thinking about doing something like that again.

The truck should be removed from his possesion and donated to a person that will appreciate and respect and care for it.

Me me!! Oh me!!

I would love and squeeze it and hold it and clean it and wash it and race it and fill the bed full of hotties and bring them to all the L meetings.

When you find his truck, just lossen this bolts on his truck's rims so when he gets going they will fall off his truck and make him have a really really happy day!!!
