Good News!!!

I recently acquired another application for people to receive Ford X-Plan PINs.

For all you non-believers, simply ask some of the members on this site...I provided this at the beginning of the year, and MANY people received PINs and bought vehicles on the X-Plan.

This application is good for 1 PIN. Once you are assigned a PIN, it is good for 1 year. When you buy a vehicle and use the PIN, it's gone.

FWIW, the last application, my wife got a PIN and I got 2

Thanks, man - that's excellent. Hopefully I'll be able to afford that SVT Focus as a commuter car soon!

Too bad I didn't do any research on plans before I bought my L.... At least I only paid sticker, though!

Hylande, thanks for inmvaluable info, but

using forddirect.com, could not find xplan pricing on L or Cobras. wouldn't let you "build vehicle" in those configurations? Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Just a thought for those interested, would suggest NOT sending in app until almost the deadline, so xplan pin should be for either 03 or 04 models before expiration. BTW NO 2003 prices shown, either. Again you are an asset to L community!

A PLan +$150?

Looks like they added a $150. I recalled x-plan was plus 4% of A-plan period. Still a good deal

I still have have my PIN from the spring investment offer....now to see if they'll issue me another

I got my truck at Maroone Ford on Federal Highway. I had called them asking about an 02 TrueBlue. They first said no X-Plan but they would give me 500$ below sticker. I told them no, as I had a PIN# and wether I had to drive 5 hours or not, I was gonna get it on X-Plan. About 2 hours later, I get a call back saying the GM of Maroone Ford had a TrueBlue 02 with 500 miles on it, and they would sell it for X-Plan price. I was at the dealership within an hour, and picked it up. Only one problem was that the X-Plan PIN# was under my name, and since im only 16, the vehicle couldn't be under my name, only my fathers. So my dad had to send in another App for X-Plan AFTER deadline, and still got a PIN#. The guys are Maroone were GREAT to deal with. I haven't been there for any warrenty issues, but I did go back for my first oil change (it was free), and there were no problems at all, and everyone was great to deal with.

What is an X plan???

I got my truck, with an apr of 1.9%, including tax, free bed liner, and a free soft toneau cover, total price almost $33,000 out the door.

Is the X plan a better deal than the one I got? Would I have benefited from the X plan? Just curious! Thanks for everyones' help! Im nkinda new here.
