Anyone have this noise?

My truck is doing that pretty badly at idle. I figure its just a little cavitation caused by increased tolerances caused by rotor wear, but hey, that's just my opinion. Ive got another blower with about 17K miles on it and after FFW/Ennis will probably be doing a swap. A sticking IAC valve can cause the same noise.

I'd also wait until the eng. is cold and then check the level of your s/c oil--should be right at the hole opening.

Truck has 7500 miles on it,
My mods
1.) 4lb lower pully, about 1000 miles
2.) Chip been on since 2000k then reburnt for pully
3.) Volant Intake 1500k
4.) Boost bypass 1500k
I checked s/c fluid when the engine was warm, it seeped out befre I get the screw all the way out.
So the fluid is good.

Check the exhaust too. I had a nasty noise on mine at 500 miles which was traceable to the muffle/exhaust configuration. After unbolting everything, giving it all a couple of swift kicks, then re-torqing everything the noise went away. There are a lot of 'weird' noises on the L's which are traceable to the unique exhausts on them.
It doesn't cost anything to loosen all the exhaust clamps, "tweak" the mounts, then re-tighten everything. Give it a try before you start looking into the other components.
